NLdigital Terms 2025
All offers and agreements of BrainStax B.V. are subject to the NLdigital Terms 2025, filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht.
The NLdigital Terms are the industry terms for the ICT sector in the Netherlands. They regulate the rights and obligations between ICT providers and their clients in a balanced manner. The terms are written for business use.

Dutch law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. The terms are filed with the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht.
Data processing agreement
In addition to the general terms, we conclude a data processing agreement where necessary for the processing of personal data.

BrainStax is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. We maintain strict security standards for all data and systems.
