As a Data Scientist at BrainStax, you'll be at the forefront of developing innovative models for our clients. Your role will involve creating AI agents, leveraging large language models (LLMs), and applying machine learning and deep learning techniques to solve complex, value-driven challenges. Your Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement advanced machine learning and deep learning models tailored to client needs.
- AI Agent Creation: Develop AI agents utilizing LLMs to automate and enhance business processes.
- Data Analysis: Analyze diverse datasets to extract actionable insights and inform model development.

Must-Haves

A cum laude diploma in Data Science or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI and machine learning solutions.
- Experience working in Agile teams with DevOps responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead in AI advancements.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering value-driven solutions.
Nice-To-Haves
- Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps and Databricks.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Understanding of MLOps practices for deploying and maintaining models in production.
- Experience working in Agile teams with DevOps responsibilities.
- Knowledge of data engineering practices, including data pipeline development.
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.
- C1 level of the Dutch language.
